ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Meeting for all members to receive the report on 2024 and elect the Management Committee for 2025.

Members aged 16 years and over may vote.

Notice of meeting and details about joining remotely or via proxy are sent by email.

Time: 4:15pm (WST – 6:15pm QLD, 7:15pm NSW)

Location: Casuarina Wellard Community Hall, Corner Barker Rd and Mortimer Rd, Wellard WA

PROXIES

You can appoint another ordinary member (that is, a current member aged 16 years or over) to be your proxy and attend the meeting in your place. Please see the email notice for a copy of the Proxy Appointment Form.
