Kofukan Shito-Ryu Invitational Developing Tournament

On 24 September 2023, Kofukan Karate Australia will be hosting the inaugural Kofukan Shito-Ryu Invitational Developing Tournament.

This tournament expands our annual inter-club tournament to other karate schools by invitation.

The focus is on providing a tournament environment for karate practitioners new to or developing in tournament. in both kata and kumite events, competitors will have the opportunity to experience the tatami (mat) at least twice, unlike the knock-out rounds experienced in other competitions.

Referees, coaches and officials are also developing.
