I understand the Association will only use my personal information to communicate with me about this event and will not use this information for direct marketing or disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
I understand that I may be photographed or videoed at the event and photos and videos may be published.
Refund policy: up to 24 hours before the event: full refund minus a 10% administration fee. After 24 hours before the event: no refund (except in exceptional circumstances). A full refund will be provided for a cancelled event.
