Annual General Meeting 2026 and Karate Seminar

This is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a special free karate seminar for all members but aimed at Teens and Adults.

AGM: 2:00-2:30pm. Seminar 2:30-4:30pm (Perth time)

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Meeting for all members to receive the report on 2025 and elect the Management Committee for 2026.

Members aged 16 years and over may vote.

Notice of meeting and details about joining remotely or via proxy are sent by email.

Time: 2:00-2:30pm (WST – 4:00pm QLD, 5:00pm NSW)

Location: Casuarina Wellard Community Hall, Corner Barker Rd and Mortimer Rd, Wellard WA

PROXIES

You can appoint another ordinary member (that is, a current member aged 16 years or over) to be your proxy and attend the meeting in your place. Please see the email notice for a copy of the Proxy Appointment Form.
