About Kofukan Australia

Kofukan Karate Australia Inc is a not-for-profit incorporated association run for the benefit of its members.

All students who train at a Kofukan dojo must be members of Kofukan Karate Australia Inc (the Association).

Membership of the association provides:

• Membership to Kofukan International
• Membership to Karate Australia, which allows participation in tournaments and special training programs, along with insurance (including non-Medicare medical and ambulance cover for members);
• Access to members-only events and seminars; and
• Access to training resources and information in the Member Area of this website.

All members have a right to attend general meetings of the Association. All members 16 years and over can vote at a meeting, including electing the Management Committee of the Association.

Note that membership fees are separate to the training fees charged by the club that runs the dojo.
